Return of Orders

You can return the purchased products within 14 of calendar days after receiving the parcel, without citing a reason and without incurring other costs than those of delivery. The money will be refunded to you within 14 calendar days at most from the confirmation of the return.

The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition (the Good, the Product and the packaging), without showing any signs of wear or consumption. The product must also be unopened, respectively sealed.

Depending on the condition of the returned Good, it will be decided whether the refund can be accepted.
